We affordably ship to all 50 states using 4 shipping methods:
Economy (7-9 business days)
Standard (3-6 business days)
Express (2-3 business days)
Premium (1-2 business days)
Our shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your order and destination state and/or city. To calculate your shipping costs, add an item to your shopping cart, then click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of any page. Look for and click "Get Estimates", then enter your delivery address information. No registration is required.
Shipping charges will be displayed in US Dollars on the checkout page
International Delivery Options and Times All International shipments are sent via USPS Priority Int’l. All international orders are prepared with the necessary customs forms and leave via our California checkpoint to your international destination. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or standard US or UK holidays. You should expect delivery of your order to your door (assuming no customs delays which are beyond our control) within 12-16 business days of when you place your order. Please note during peak the Halloween season all international orders placed after 10/14 will not be received by Halloween. Please contact our customer service department to receive a quote for international express shipping charges.
Our distribution warehouse ships from the central united states to give the most efficient delivery times possible. The Halloween seasons is one of our busiest times of the year, so we're shipping 24 hours a day to make sure costumes get to our customers on time. By making use of several shipping companies, we can choose the best method of delivery for your package. Your order will arrive from any one of the following companies: • Federal Express (FedEx) • United States Parcel Service (USPS) • United Parcel Service (UPS)
We use USPS, FedEx, & UPS as our shipping methods.
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. The shipping
time frames stated for each of our shipping options is the estimated number of
days it will take for you to receive your order after your order leaves our
warehouse (time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your
order. The day your order ships does NOT count as a "shipping day".
Additionally, our shippers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or National
Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday
After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day). These do not count as
shipping days. While in most cases we are able to ship domestic orders within 1
or 2 business days of when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it.
“Business Days” are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday,
Sunday and holidays
